At 50 years of age, like many other Australians, Allan has worked for most of his life. An unlucky series of events four and a half years ago however, changed his lifestyle dramatically.

Allan is one of 105,200 Australians who are without a home each night. When he first became homeless, Allan was sleeping on friends’ couches but the favours wore thin and he found himself sleeping on the streets.
